A donation happens when a person, the donor, during their lifetime, passes on ownership of a property, freely to another physical or moral person, such as our Congregation.
Goods can be properties (houses, apartments, land etc.) or items such as furniture, vehicles, works of art etc.
You can also grant us a temporary donation of beneficial ownership. This is a limited donation which does not mean we own the property or goods outright but we can use them and receive and revenues they generate.
We are at your disposal to discuss it with you in a simple way and in strict confidentiality.
Transferring part or all of your goods is a way of continuing your friendship with our community beyond your lifetime, contributing to our future and continued sharing of the Gospel.
Please think carefully as to whether this is the right choice for you.
To transfer your goods to La Roche d’Or after your lifetime, if you wish, you can either bequest it in your will or take out a life insurance policy.
We are available to chat if you would like to find out more. We can explain everything to you in the strictest confidence so you know how to make your donation to La Roche d’Or.
